Hello, we are Carly and William A. Harloe III, proud owners of SERVPRO of South Greenville County.
From being in the family business for 20+ years, we decided to start our own journey with a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, right before the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. During these difficult times we were able to safely start business and take care of our community, treating each customer with care and respect.
Within 18 months the Oconee location grew and acquired the SERVPRO of Pickens County and SERVPRO of South Greenville County Locations, making our new names SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties and SERVPRO of South Greenville County.

Our carpets were badly in need of a deep cleaning from foot traffic and an unfortunate wine spill. SERVPRO knocked it out of the park! They showed up on time, worked quickly, and restored our carpet far beyond what we thought was possible. I was amazed that they were able to get the wine stains out. I highly recommend SERVPRO and will call them back again if ever the need arises. Thanks SERVPRO!
My wife quit her worrying when she saw the work being performed and the assurance that everything would be back as new.
In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms. Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess. They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful. Hopefully, this never happens again but [if] it does I will call them again.
