When Disaster Strikes After Hours Call SERVPRO of South Greenville County

Disaster doesn't always strike during operating hours. But not to worry, SERVPRO of South Greenville County is ready and waiting to get your business back up and running after a loss. As you can see, this office suffered from a leak from the toilet supply line. The maintenance manager got an alert of an active leak in the middle of the night. He was able to stop the leak, but the water had seeped out of the bathroom and into the carpeted office space. He then called SERVPRO of South Greenville County. We categorized this loss as a Category One water loss. Our crew chief passed over the area with an extractor and set a dehumidifier and fan in place to dry the area. This whole process took a couple of hours and did not require the carpet to be removed or replaced. The maintenance manager thanked us for our quick response and will be calling us again should he have a need.
